6. Patient’s Own Frame
Customers may request new lenses using their own frame.
By submitting a customer-owned frame, the customer understands and accepts that frames may be worn, fragile, discontinued, or unsuitable for new lens installation.
RDME5 Eyewear will handle all frames with care; however, we are not responsible for frame damage caused by age, hidden stress fractures, brittleness, previous repairs, normal wear, or frame condition during the lens installation process.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to lab processing, prescription verification, inventory availability, weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
RDME5 Eyewear is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information or third-party shipping carriers.
