Returns, Refunds, Warranty & Limitations Policy

At RDME5 Eyewear, customer satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing quality eyewear services and will work with you to resolve any concerns with your order.
30-Day Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Customers may request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days after delivery.
If you experience any concerns with your lenses or order, please contact us within this period so we can review the issue and provide available options.
Eligible solutions may include:
• Lens remake or replacement
• Exchange
• Refund when applicable
All returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are subject to review and approval.
Prescription & Order Concerns
Customers are responsible for providing accurate prescription information, measurements, contact details, and order information.
If you experience difficulty adapting to your new lenses, RDME5 Eyewear will review your order details and assist in finding a solution. A new or corrected prescription from your eye care provider may be required for prescription-related concerns.
Warranty Coverage
RDME5 Eyewear provides a 30-day warranty after delivery covering eligible manufacturer defects, lens issues, or order-related concerns.
Warranty does not cover:
• Accidental damage
• Misuse or improper care
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused after delivery
• Scratches caused by use
• Prescription changes not related to RDME5 processing
• Issues related to the condition or durability of customer-owned frames
Customer-Owned Frame Notice
If you provide your own frame for lens replacement, please understand that previously used frames may have a higher risk of damage due to age, wear, material condition, or prior adjustments.
RDME5 Eyewear will handle customer-owned frames with care; however, we cannot guarantee the condition, strength, or durability of used frames.
Limitation of Liability
RDME5 Eyewear provides this website, products, and services on an “as available” basis. We do our best to maintain accurate information and reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted website access, product availability, or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RDME5 Eyewear is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to:
• Website or technical issues
• Incorrect information provided by customers
• Prescription errors or expired prescriptions submitted by customers
• Supplier, laboratory, shipping, or third-party delays
• Customer-owned frame issues
RDME5 Eyewear’s total responsibility for any approved claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service involved.
