Prescription eyewear and optical lenses are custom-made products based on the customer’s prescription information, measurements, frame selection, and lens options.

RDME5 Eyewear reserves the right to request additional verification, measurements, prescription clarification, or order confirmation before processing any order.

Customer’s Own Frame

Customers using their own frame for lens replacement services acknowledge that certain frames may not be suitable for prescription lenses due to age, wear, construction quality, brittleness, or structural weakness.

RDME5 Eyewear is not responsible for pre-existing damage or frame breakage related to normal handling, edging, mounting, shipping, or adjustment involving customer-provided frames.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All refund, return, remake, warranty, restyle, and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Because prescription lenses are custom optical products, certain products may not qualify for refunds once processing or manufacturing has started.
