Refund or Exchange Options

💰 Refund or Exchange Options Refunds are not automatic. Once a returned item is received, RDME5 Eyewear will inspect the item and review the request. If approved, the refund amount, exchange, remake, or store credit will be determined based on the product condition, reason for return, applicable policies, shipping costs, and any non-refundable or custom-made items.
